Meet Our Team
Annette Duhig
Lead Instructor & Founder
Annette Duhig is a TEFL-certified English teacher from Ireland with over 25 years of experience teaching adults. She has worked with international companies in Mexico, China, Spain, and in Portugal where she currently resides.
During her 13 years in Mexico City, she spent 12 years teaching at The Coca-Cola Company, where she was known for her professional and results-focused approach. Since 2020, she has been teaching exclusively online, helping students improve in General English, Business English, conversation and presenting skills, interview and exam preparation for IELTS and Cambridge English tests.
Her teaching method is communicative, focusing on real-life language use, including idioms, phrasal verbs, and key communication skills. Her goal is to help students speak and express themselves in English as naturally as they do in their own language.
Annette has traveled extensively, which has contributed to her strong cultural awareness and interest in language learning. She speaks Spanish fluently and is currently learning Portuguese.
Živa Zidar Bell
Lead Instructor & Founder
Živa Zidar Bell is a CELTA-qualified English teacher with over 10 years of experience working with adult learners from around the world. She brings a warm, communicative approach to teaching that helps students feel confident and supported as they build their English skills.
Živa has taught learners from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals in HR, legal, and banking sectors, and is skilled in Business English, conversation, and exam preparation (IELTS and Cambridge). She has been teaching online since 2020 and is known for her practical, goal-oriented lessons tailored to each student’s needs.
